Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with company policy and GAAP
- Perform daily accounting activities including accounts payable and payroll posting
- Analyze and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure proper consolidation
- Prepare journal entries for accruals with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with audits, financial packages, and process improvement initiatives
- Identify process improvements and assist in implementing more efficient workflows
- Manage weekly disbursement processes within established company protocols
- Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and banking contacts
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity
- Perform other related tasks and support the accounting team as needed
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
- Apply strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements
- Demonstrate advanced computer skills and experience with Quick Books
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written English
