Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting cycles
- Document financial transactions in the General Ledger, including revenue and receivables
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare accurate journal entries
- Assist with quarterly reconciliations and support audit preparation
- Summarize financial status through spreadsheets and reports for internal use
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and frequent interruptions
- Understand accounting processes within public companies and large-scale operations
- Contribute to a growing organization with experience in acquisitions and integration
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent job-related experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Show strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Manage multiple tasks accurately while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Apply strong General Ledger (GL) management skills to maintain financial accuracy
