Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting function with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting
- Oversee month-end close, audit preparation, and financial statement consolidation
- Manage and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and financial decision-making
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls across all accounting operations
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Demonstrate a strong public accounting background, with experience at the Manager level or higher
- Maintain an active CPA license in good standing
- Apply deep knowledge of accounting principles, audit processes, and financial reporting
- Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a CPA certification as a core requirement for the role
- Bring extensive experience in public accounting, preferably from a mid-tier or Big Four firm
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Display advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel-based financial analysis
- Adapt to evolving business needs with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
