Job Responsibilities:
- Lead external financial reporting by preparing and reviewing key financial statements and related disclosures.
- Research and document complex accounting matters and provide guidance on appropriate accounting treatment.
- Support internal control efforts by overseeing compliance activities and addressing control improvements.
- Manage accounting areas such as equity records fixed assets and financing related activity.
- Partner with finance teams to support projects initiatives and ongoing reporting requirements.
- A Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field.
- 7+ years of public accounting experience with exposure to complex reporting environments.
- Maintain strong knowledge of accounting standards regulatory reporting and internal control frameworks.
- Possess an active professional certification demonstrating technical accounting expertise.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced setting.
- Prepare technical documentation and support audit processes with clear well organized analysis.
- Demonstrate leadership by developing teams and collaborating across departments.
- Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders auditors and senior leadership.
- Exercise sound judgment and support strategic initiatives in a dynamic and growing organization.
