Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee close cycles at month end quarter end and year end by preparing and reviewing entries reconciliations and supporting analyses.
- Manage ongoing accounting operations including payables accrual tracking fixed assets and cash related transactions.
- Produce financial reports and ensure they align with established accounting guidelines and reporting expectations.
- Assist with external reporting requirements and collaborate with auditors by providing support and documentation.
- Contribute to planning activities including budgeting forecasting liquidity tracking and process enhancements.
- A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting with exposure to public company environments.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Possess experience managing close activities reconciliations and reporting deliverables.
- Use Excel proficiently and communicate effectively while balancing competing priorities.
- Support planning and analysis efforts by preparing reports and delivering insights for leadership.
- Maintain a high level of precision and ensure financial information is accurate and well documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support audits and reporting needs.
- Identify ways to improve workflows reporting accuracy and internal control processes.
- Bring certification relevant industry exposure or experience in regulated environments is a plus.
