Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 30 - 35 USD Hourly USD 30.00 35.00 HOUR

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of vendor invoices daily while ensuring accuracy proper coding and timely completion.
Manage full cycle accounts payable activities from invoice intake through payment execution.
Maintain focus and consistency while handling large transaction volumes in a fast paced environment.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing.
Support accounts payable workflows by maintaining organized records and following established procedures.

Requirements:

Bring experience working in a large corporate environment with high volume transaction processing.
Demonstrate strong ability to manage full cycle accounts payable responsibilities independently.
Maintain focus attention to detail and accuracy when processing large numbers of invoices.
Use accounting systems effectively with experience in modern enterprise platforms preferred.
Work efficiently in a fast paced setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Apply strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and support audit readiness.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Adapt easily to new systems and processes including exposure to advanced accounting platforms considered beneficial.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Bring experience with enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle Fusion considered an advantage.
