Staff Accountant

• Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries to ensure the integrity of financial records.
• Reconcile balance sheets and other accounts monthly to confirm the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Generate detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Participate in budgeting processes by compiling and analyzing financial data.
• Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor organizational expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to complete special accounting projects as assigned.
