Staff Accountant

This experienced staff accountant will play an integral role in accurately preparing the company's accounting records and performance. This role is a candidate on the verge of a senior position. We are actively seeking a Staff Accountant with a 4‑year bachelor’s degree and ideally 4+ years of experience. Salary depends on experience, plus bonus, and will offer great benefits. The position reports to an Accounting Manager who will be an awesome mentor to help groom your experience with best practices.

• Month‑end activities, journal entries, GL & account reconciliation and analysis.
• Assist with monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Coordinate with regions to get their financial results and combine and consolidate.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and reporting.
• Bank reconciliation & daily bank updates.
• Posting monthly accrual journal entries, fixed assets and depreciation.
• Financial reporting, preparation of supporting schedules, and data analysis.
• Strong accounting systems experience and intermediate Excel skills are desired.
• Strong communication and presentation skills would be necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• Fixed assets experience.
• 4+ years of experience.

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including the individual's skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the salary range for the role is noted in this posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
