Accounts Payable Specialist | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Orange, CA
Schedule: Fully Onsite
Pay: $30-$32/hour

What You'll Do- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
- Process high-volume invoices with accurate 3-way matching
- Research and resolve invoice, PO, and payment discrepancies
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Assist with month-end close and AP reporting
- 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Strong experience with high-volume invoice processing and 3-way matching
- Net Suite experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with a large ERP system
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
