Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Coordinate and provide administrative support for the planning and execution of the annual ACC event, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for volunteers, responding to inquiries and coordinating engagement activities.

* Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and program ambassadors to support event and outreach initiatives.

* Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide general administrative support while assisting with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, event coordination, or community engagement role.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with scheduling and calendar management.

* Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

* Experience supporting event planning, volunteer coordination, or community outreach programs.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and community organizations.

* Experience drafting communications, tracking project activities, and maintaining detailed records.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.

Pay Rate: $26.53/hour
