Front Desk Receptionist

Title: Front Desk Receptionist Status: Full Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $19.50–$20.00/hour Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision insurance, Paid Holidays, PTO, and 401(k) with company matching Location: North County offices (Brea, Anaheim, Orange, Tustin).

Welcome to the role of Front Desk Receptionist! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients. You will manage appointments, explain insurance benefits, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service. You must be organized, detail‑oriented, and possess strong communication skills to create a positive patient experience.

• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Update and maintain patient information in our EMR system.
• Collect copays and other payments.
• Explain insurance benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Answer patient questions and provide guidance.
• Process patient intake forms.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience working in customer service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great eye for detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records.
