Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Orange, CA. This role supports daily office operations for a company in the residential and commercial construction industry, making it a great fit for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in keeping office processes, documentation, schedules, vendor communication, and project support running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to team members, project staff, and leadership.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, documentation, and tracking tools using Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, basic accounting support, and document coordination.
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to support daily operations.
  • Support project-related administrative needs, follow-ups, and general office coordination.
