Ideal Candidate

We are seeking enthusiastic and service‑oriented individuals for an entry‑level position.

Primary Purpose

Support office administration functions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Type form letters.
  • Set up, maintain, and locate claim files.
  • Process packets.
  • Conduct computer data entry and processing; document claim files correctly.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and documents in software applications.
  • Answer and initiate telephone calls as required.
  • Maintain stationary supplies.
  • Send overnight and messenger outgoing mail.
  • Process returned letters and unidentified mail.
  • Transmit facsimiles.
  • Print reports and documents.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support the organization’s quality program(s).
Qualifications Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Six (6) months cler.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
Work Environment

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $17.00-$19.00/hour.
