Epic Integration Project Coordinator

This position will primarily be in Orange County at the CHOC location but candidates will need to travel to San Diego on occasion. Length: 75 weeks (through 11/2027)

Shift: 8-5 (flexible) Requirements: 2 years of experience (minimum) 3 years of experience (preferred)

Education:

Associate's degree (preferred) H.S. diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum) Job details:
This is a very large EPIC integration project. Candidate needs to be flexible with strong coordination and attention to detail. They will help with the project with meeting scheduling, training room coordination, and assistance with logistics follow-up. Coordinates and performs department/unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff, customers, clients, vendors, patients, and families.

Coordinates functions required to ensure smooth operations, plans and executes projects within scope of responsibility, and works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department/unit. Provides training and orientation for new staff and troubleshoots office technologies.
