Administrative Coordinator
Your role on the team:
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for the planning and execution of the annual ACC event, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for volunteers, responding to inquiries and coordinating engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and program ambassadors to support event and outreach initiatives.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide general administrative support while assisting with other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 13 years of experience in an administrative, event coordination, or community engagement role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting event planning, volunteer coordination, or community outreach programs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and community organizations.
- Experience drafting communications, tracking project activities, and maintaining detailed records.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.
