Scheduling Assistant – Advance Your Scheduling Expertise

Are you an experienced scheduler ready to take your skills to the next level? As a Scheduling Assistant at 360 Behavioral Health, you’ll play a key role in maximizing client service delivery while supporting our administrative and clinical teams. Use your scheduling experience to manage staff and client schedules, optimize service utilization, and help the office run efficiently. Day-to-Day Impact
  • Maintain service utilization above 90% and track permanent schedules for assigned clients
  • Monitor client service hours, staff availability, and address cancellations promptly
  • Coordinate make‑up sessions, reschedules, and additional service time as needed
  • Maintain staffing logs and support recruiting efforts, including interviews and onboarding
  • Track new hire training and coordinate day‑one schedules
  • Triage staff and client concerns and provide timely resolution
  • Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and scheduling regulations
  • Support administrative and scheduling department operations, including audits and reporting
Who We’re Searching For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Minimum 6 months scheduling experience
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Customer‑service oriented with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a high‑paced, performance‑based environment
