Orange, CA Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time, 8-hour shift

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This role combines administrative, receptionist, and customer service responsibilities while serving as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, visitors, and vendors.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Job Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet, check in, and assist visitors, customers, and guests
- Provide professional customer service and support
- File, organize, and maintain office paperwork and records
- Assist with general administrative and receptionist duties
- Communicate with employees, customers, and visitors
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the workday
- Support daily office operations as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
- Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Office Administrator.
Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
