HVAC TI Project Manager – Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC, Orange, CA

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical HVAC and plumbing projects. This is a full‑time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

• Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Business development with existing and prospect general contractors and owners, as well as other sub‑contractors and MEP-design engineers.
• Meet and coordinate with Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the field Find, Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule, billings, submittals, ROI’s, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs, O&M’s, and warranties.
• Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to our clients.

• Local
• Stable work-history.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or similar.
• Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.
• 8+ years of experience working for a Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge in Sage/Timberline, MS Project, and Microsoft Office preferred.
