A growing construction consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to support commercial, industrial, and land development projects throughout SoCal. This role offers opportunity to work alongside developers, owners, and project stakeholders, providing project oversight from both the office and the field.

This opening is for someone with a strong construction background who enjoys the technical and financial side of projects, including schedule reviews, budget analysis, site visits, and overall project progress. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of project types while maintaining a healthy balance between office work and field inspections.

• Perform routine site visits to evaluate construction progress and project status
• Review project budgets, cost reports, and payment applications
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential risks or delays
• Prepare clear reports documenting project progress and key findings
• Coordinate with owners, developers, contractors, and project teams
• Track project financials and assist with budget and schedule analysis
• Verify construction progress against project documentation
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 2+ years of construction industry experience
• Background as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar construction role
• Experience reviewing project budgets, pay applications, job costs, or project financials is highly preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand construction sequencing
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in both an office environment and active construction sites
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites throughout Southern California, with occasional regional travel
