System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our team with a professional, driven Construction Coordinator. By working with System Pavers, you’ll be provided with the necessary training and support from our wonderful team and enjoy a robust support system based on our three decades of experience.

• Assisting in Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field Problems
• Acting as the Liaison via Phone and Email between Home Owners, Sub Contractors, & Employees
• Coordinating and Managing Multiple Active Job Site Schedules
• Tracking All Jobs in Progress
• Completing & Sending Out PO's Within Appropriate Time Frames
• Being Responsible for Deposits and Submitting Financing for Job Sites
• Ordering the Materials Needed to Complete Projects
• Keeping Our Commitments through Proactive Attention to Detail and Execution

• Customer Service Oriented
• Able to Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously while Remaining in Awareness of Completion Dates with an Understanding of Time Management
• Able to Easily Adapt to Time Sensitive Deadlines, with Frequently Changing Priorities in a Customer Satisfaction Driven Environment
• Able to Set and Achieve Monthly Goals & Budgets
• Laser Focused with High Attention to Detail
• Prideful in all Job Tasks, Big or Small
• Superior in Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
• Knowledgeable in the Construction Industry (a plus but not mandatory)
• Preferably Bi-lingual (Spanish a plus but not mandatory)

This position is a full-time, in person role that is offering an hourly wage of $26-$30/hour DOE.
