• Assisting in evaluation and solution of potential field problems.
• Acting as liaison via phone and email between homeowners, subcontractors, and employees.
• Coordinating and managing multiple active job‑site schedules.
• Tracking all jobs in progress.
• Completing and sending out purchase orders within appropriate time frames.
• Being responsible for deposits and submitting financing for job sites.
• Ordering the materials needed to complete projects.
• Keeping commitments through proactive attention to detail and execution.

• Customer service oriented.
• Can handle multiple projects simultaneously while being aware of completion dates and time management.
• Adapt to time‑sensitive deadlines and frequently changing priorities in a customer‑satisfaction driven environment.
• Set and achieve monthly goals and budgets.
• Laser focused with high attention to detail.
• Prideful in all job tasks, big or small.
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in the construction industry (a plus but not mandatory).
• Preferably bilingual (Spanish a plus but not mandatory).

Position: full‑time, in‑person role offering hourly wage $26‑$30/hour, DOE.
