We are a large growing Plumbing Contractor in California that works on many of California's biggest and best Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire California's best and brightest Plumbing Detailer's in the near future.
Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve issues.
- Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator.
- Work closely with and coordinate with Owners, Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman, Architects, Engineers, Design Consultants, Field Personnel, Estimators, and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Manage, generate, develop, review, and logging: RFIs, submittal's, Contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings.
- Local
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience as Plumbing field experience as an Apprentice, Journeyman, and/or Foreman.
- Strong knowledge in:
State and Local Plumbing Codes/ASPE, Title 24, OSHPD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Autodesk fabrication suite, Revit, Blue Beam, and Navisworks.
