Visit assigned locations as a regular customer. Observe employee interactions and customer service standards. Evaluate store cleanliness, organization, and product availability. Make purchases or inquire about products/services when required. Take notes and collect receipts as evidence. Complete and submit accurate evaluation reports by deadlines. Follow specific client instructions and evaluation criteria.
Excellent attention to detail and observation skills Ability to follow specific instructions and complete reports accurately Comfortable visiting different locations and interacting with staff as a customer Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Strong written communication skills for reporting experiences Basic computer skills to submit evaluations online Professional and discreet demeanor Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance
PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour
Pay Range: $17.00- $85.00
Flexible schedule – visits typically Monday through Friday during business hours
