Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay: $18-$21/hour CONTRACT TO HIRE About the Company We're a leading distributor of products serving the tattoo, beauty, and pet grooming industries. About the Role We're looking for a Customer Service Associate who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, repairs, returns, and product questions while working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy multitasking, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email Assist customers with product recommendations and order inquiries Process returns, exchanges, and replacement orders Coordinate product repairs with technicians and communicate repair updates to customers Receive and log incoming repair shipments Monitor repair and replacement payments in Shopify and Net Suite Prepare and ship replacement orders Process UPS claims for lost or damaged shipments Handle return-to-sender shipments and resolve related issues Work closely with operations and other departments to quickly resolve customer concerns Stay informed on online orders and promotions Support walk-in customers with repair intake and general assistance Perform other duties as needed to support the team What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service or retail experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently Comfortable learning new systems (Shopify and Net Suite experience is a plus) Interest in the tattoo, beauty, or creative arts industry is a bonus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Why Join Us?
