CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring Customer Service Representatives.

Position Summary
  • We will train you!
  • This is a Monday
    - Friday (Rotating Saturdays) position
  • Answer calls
  • schedule appointments & jobs
  • collect payments
  • input customer information & remote deposits
  • Follow company policies and guidelines in assisting both external and internal customers
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer Customer's calls and questions
  • Respond to technicians' needs
  • Schedule appointments for Inspectors/Technicians
  • Works closely with all Managers to ensure open communication and outstanding customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Document Accounts Receivables and follows up on outstanding invoices for collections.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High School Graduate.
    • Must have phone experience, outbound calls & heavy inbound calls.
    • Must have a strong attention to detail.
    • Must be proficient in the English language.
    • Must be tactful, considerate and courteous to all customers and coworkers.
    • Must possess an ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Must have the ability to multi-task.
    • Previous Account Receivable and Collection experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Willingness to work and ready to learn.
