Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a busy manufacturing company in Orange, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service professional who enjoys managing customer orders from start to finish and serving as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and shipping updates. As a Customer Service Representative and Order Desk Associate, you will help ensure orders are entered accurately, customer questions are handled professionally, and shipments are followed through to completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking for a stable role with long-term potential.

• Receive and process customer orders submitted by phone, email, and website.
• Open order tickets, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately.
• Follow customer orders from entry through shipment and delivery updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product questions, shipment timing, and general issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve order, shipping, or customer service concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up to customers and team members.
