B2B Collections-Customer Service

Seeking a B2B Collections Representative to manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts. This role focuses on driving collections, handling inbound customer inquiries, and supporting credit decisions while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Manage and collect on a portfolio of business accounts
• Conduct outbound calls/emails to secure payment on past‑due invoices
• Handle inbound calls, answering account inquiries and providing invoices/statements
• Resolve billing issues and disputes professionally
• Review accounts to approve/deny new credit and credit line increases
• Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity

• Must have experience with Outlook and email management/communication
• Good basic Excel skills including creating basic spreadsheets, sorting and formulas
• 1 or more years of customer service or b2b collections experience

• Quick learner - will be trained on the process before actully collecting
• Relationship building - this is very customer service focused collections
• Team player - Tight team of 4. (3 in office, 1 remote in Bakersfield) works closely with billing and other departments
