This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation.

• A reduced schedule (e.g., 9–4)

• Long-term guaranteed salary structures
• Ongoing step-by-step mentorship

• 25% of collections
• $800 per day guaranteed for the first 60 days
• $20,000 sign-on bonus, payable after six (6) months of active employment
  No production cap

We maintain strong new patient flow compared to many traditional private practices.

Top-performing associates in our group have earned approximately $300,000+ annually working four days per week (11-hour shifts). Individual earnings vary based on production, clinical efficiency, case acceptance, and schedule availability.

Applicants must be comfortable performing:

• Molar root canal therapy
• Surgical and non-surgical extractions
• Comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting

This role requires clinical independence and the ability to manage a productive schedule.

• 4-day workweek
• Approximately 11-hour shifts
• Includes some evenings and weekends
