The Registered Dental Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Orange, CA. This role supports clinical operations by preparing treatment rooms, assisting the dentist during procedures, managing dental instruments, and ensuring adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols. Daily responsibilities include taking and processing dental radiographs, recording patient medical histories, supporting dental implant and cosmetic procedures, and educating patients on oral care and post-treatment instructions.
The Registered Dental Assistant also helps with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of treatment plans to maintain an efficient, patient-centered experience.
- Real surgical caseload. Implant placement, full-arch (All-on-X), grafting, and guided surgery.
- We train you on full-arch. Digital workflow, surgical guides, conversion, and delivery. Most assistants never get taught this. You will.
- You learn from the owner, directly. No regional manager, no corporate script. The doctor who does the surgery is the one teaching you.
- You're a name, not a headcount. Small team, fewer than 20 people. Your work is visible, your judgment is asked for, and good work is noticed the same week not at an annual review.
- Modern technology. CBCT, intraoral scanning, digital treatment planning, Oryx charting.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care to support a wide range of clinical and cosmetic procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sterilization and adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support, radiograph taking, and preparation of materials for implants and restorative treatments.
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California and current CPR certification.
- Experience in implant dentistry, cosmetic procedures, or advanced restorative care is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing a welcoming, high-quality patient experience.
