This role will lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, scope, invoicing, and collections are managed accurately and efficiently. This role partners closely with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams while serving as the primary client liaison and point of accountability. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team coordination, project execution, financial oversight, and clear communication to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations and organizational standards across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an architectural services firm
- Strong Revit experience
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard project delivery software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Demonstrated experience with building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Prepare strategic plans to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing issues and aligning project outcomes with client goals.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop fee estimates, define project scope, and assist with proposal and contract preparation in coordination with Project and Legal Administrative support.
- Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and track expenses.
- Support invoicing and actively assist with accounts receivable collections to ensure timely resolution and payment.
- Create, monitor, and maintain project schedules.
- Support construction administration activities, including site visits, responding to RFIs, and reviewing submittals.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee preparation and coordination of drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
