We're a well-respected and prestigious architecture design development firm based in Orange County, CA with 7+ locations nationwide. This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering architectural projects from inception through completion-ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, invoiced promptly, and successfully collected.
As a key liaison between clients and project teams, the Project Manager ensures project success through leadership, coordination, financial management, and proactive communication. This individual manages multiple projects simultaneously and plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Multifamily or mixed-use experience
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Revit
- Production experience - this role is less on the design side
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery by developing plans (scope, schedule, budget) and managing multidisciplinary teams while serving as the main client contact.
- Oversee execution across administrative, technical, and financial areas, ensuring projects stay on track with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage financial aspects including proposals, contracts, invoicing, expense tracking, and supporting collections to maintain project profitability.
- Support construction administration and ensure compliance with permits, codes, and regulations while mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Direct preparation of project documentation (drawings, reports, specifications) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams, contributing to organizational initiatives and maintaining strong internal engagement.
