Radiology Interventional Physician

Required Skills
  • Valid California medical license
  • Board certification or eligibility in Interventional Radiology
  • Proven experience performing angiography, embolization, stent placement, thrombolysis, radio frequency ablations, biopsies, and biliary interventions
  • Proficiency in image-guided procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and patient safety
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with EMR systems such as Epic
  • Pediatric interventional radiology experience
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Advanced certifications in interventional techniques
Preferred Education and Experience
  • MD degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2+ years post-training clinical experience in interventional radiology
  • Prior hospital-based practice preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements
  • Flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, with no call coverage
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to support a full-time schedule including supportive NPs
  • Travel and certification reimbursements when applicable

The hourly pay rate for this position is $525.84, with overtime at 1.5x the standard rate and holiday pay at 1.5x as well.
