Entry-Level Behavior Technician - School-Based; South OC at Amergis Orange, CA

Position Overview

Entry‑Level Behavior Technician – School‑Based (South OC) with Amergis Staffing. Orange, CA. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings for the 2025‑2026 school year across the South Orange County region. If you are passionate about helping students succeed and want hands‑on experience in behavioral support, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 or in small group settings during school hours to:

• Support students with behavioral needs
• Help manage challenging behaviors, including occasional aggression
• Keep students on track with homework and classwork
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

• Preferred:
  Minimum 9 months of ABA experience
• Bonus: RBT certification
• Must be flexible to travel between school sites as needed

• Ongoing Assignments: ~30 hrs/week at a single school site (Mon‑Fri)
• On‑Call Assignments:
  Flexible shifts available Mon‑Fri
• Hours:
  
  Must be available between 7:30AM – 3:30PM

$25‑$28 per hour, based on experience.
