The work:
The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Here's what you'll need:
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California
- Minimum 1 construction highway project for or on Caltrans
- Minimum 8 years' experience conducting roadway and highway construction inspection in major public works projects
- Minimum 3 years' experience with stress analysis, structural mechanics, and strength of materials
- Minimum 3 years' experience with physical characteristics and properties of various roadway and bridge construction materials including concrete and steel
Bonus points if you have:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform duties in the construction field office and effectively make decisions concerning construction work in progress and solving field problems
- Ability to direct the efforts of subordinate inspectors
- Expertise in toll road projects including tolling systems (e.g., overhead gantries, cameras, in-pavement vehicle detection loops, etc.)
$225,000 - $250,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
