Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

Provide general admin/office support.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down Crean Hall and other rehearsal spaces for large ensemble rehearsals

• Prepare music rooms for sectionals and chamber rehearsals

• Maintain in the cleanliness of Crean and the inventory of stands, chairs, and equipment

• Work with Musco Center staff to set up and strike for performances

• Assist/participate during major seasonal events and special projects

Required Qualifications

Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
