Controls Programmer

• Control programming of building automation systems for commercial buildings
• Program Tridium and BACnet based controllers to sequence
• Build control graphics for customer front‑end view of a system
• Update software, troubleshoot complex systems, and create programming software
• Communicate with customers, provide training, and recommend system improvements
• Coordinate with managers, provide technical recommendations for sales, and submit documentation promptly
• Visit job sites for field programming and troubleshooting
• Maintain technical proficiency through self‑study and certifications

• Experience with building automation systems (BAS) or commercial HVAC controls
• Familiarity with BAS systems such as Distech, Honeywell, or others
• 3+ years of experience with Tridium Niagara 4

Location:

Starting in office for training, moving to a hybrid schedule.

Compensation: $90, DOE.
