Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10 years of QA experience developing test methodologies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- safety, and reliability of pumps/ vacuums (medical device, semiconductor or similar industry) NO oil & gas
- Experience with: pneumatic/hydraulic pumps, nitrogen regulators, pressure pumps, manifold gauges, calibration pumps
- Experience with product development from concept through validation
- Knowledge of compliance with EPA refrigerant handling guidelines,
ISO 9001:2015
, and U.S. and international electrical safety standards
, including IECEx and ATEX
.
Collaborate with overseas ODM/OEM partners and participate in process and quality audits.
- Ensure the performance, safety, and reliability of HVAC recovery and vacuum pump products.
- Cross functional collaboration with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to uphold high quality standards.
- Build, test, and evaluate physical prototypes to validate performance against requirements.
- Create robust verification and validation (IOVV) test plans covering performance, reliability, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with EPA refrigerant handling guidelines, ISO 9001:2015, and U.S. and international electrical safety standards, including IECEx and ATEX.
