Project Manager - Highway/Roadway

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Orange, CA for a critical role in our organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and administering highway and roadway projects
• Providing leadership and strategic guidance
• Ensuring project adherence to design specifications, budget, and schedule
• Overseeing project administration from budgeting to closeout
• Developing comprehensive project management plans
• Coordinating with internal departments for seamless execution
• Conducting regular project status meetings
• Managing and mitigating project risks
• Preparing and submitting all required project documentation
• Collaborating with business development teams
• Mentoring junior project management staff
• Ensuring compliance with regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field + 8 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer license
• Ability to communicate and lead department staff
• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience
• Experience in business development and client relations
• Project management experience in highway projects
• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Travel may be required
