• Provide electrical engineering support from conceptual design through construction administration and post‑occupancy.
• Gather and correlate engineering data using established procedures.
• Review shop drawings during construction administration.
• Prepare engineering calculations, develop drawings and visual aids.
• Write reports and memos for internal and external purposes.
• Ensure discipline plans meet project scope, quality and schedule requirements.
• Stay current on electrical codes and relevant technologies.
• Support site visits for data collection and evaluation of electrical systems, equipment, components and materials.
• Develop designs within a BIM environment.
• Complete assigned engineering and design tasks according to client criteria and applicable codes and standards.

• BA/BS in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field +2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited university with EIT/FE exam completion (preferred).
• Strong communication skills – articulate, assertive, confident.
• Creative thinker with effective teamwork skills.
• Desire to be mentored by leadership.
• Experience with sustainable design.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy/quality of work.
• Proficient in drafting software including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Power system studies experience utilizing SKM, ETAP or Easy Power.
• Lighting calculation experience with Visual, AGI
  32 or Elumtools.
• Proficient with spreadsheet, word processing and standard Microsoft software.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
