Plumbing Engineer position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company
We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.
Responsibilities:- Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
- Review all contract project design, engineering design, for accurate calculations.
- Work closely with general contractors and owners as well as other sub-contractors and mep-design engineers.
- Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to our clients.
- Ability to commute to different jobsites, and assist the Project Manager in managing large Plumbing construction projects.
- Local
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar in Construction Management is preferred.
- 3+years of field experience on large
Plumbing commercial projects ranging from 50k to $30M. - Strong software knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Trane Trace 700, Revit, among others are a plus.
- Knowledge in State building and Plumbing codes, among others are a plus.
