Project Engineer
Wood Rodgers is seeking a licensed Project Engineer to support and lead water/sewer infrastructure projects. This role will focus on overseeing and/or performing engineering analyses and design relating to water well equipment, pump stations, storage tanks, site civil improvements, water pipelines, sewer collection systems, or other related water/sewer facilities. The duties require overseeing and/or development of technical analyses including technical memoranda, technical reports, feasibility studies, hydraulics, preliminary engineering design, and final design (including the preparation construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates).
Bid and Construction phase support is also required, including evaluation of construction bids, responding to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs), reviewing submittals, and evaluating construction change proposals. Under direction, a Project Engineer performs difficult and complex engineering tasks and acts as a supervisor to a small group of engineers and/or technical support staff. This is a staffed, hourly, non-exempt position.
