Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile key balance sheet accounts in accordance with GAAP
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets to support month-end close activities
- Review financial statement variances and provide flux analysis between actuals and budget
- Enter and reconcile cash transactions across all accounts
- Prepare monthly customer invoice billings and follow up to ensure timely payments
- Exhibit strong financial and analytical acumen with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Apply problem-solving and interpersonal skills to meet tight deadlines and resolve issues
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue through process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows and support strategic initiatives
- Assist with year-end audit requests and prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
- An Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of related experience
- Communicate clearly through strong written and verbal skills
- Show proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records while supporting internal controls
