Salary: $27 - $27 per hour.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for post‑closing activities across multiple states.
• Review escrow documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Package, scan, and upload documents for recording and distribution.
• Complete post‑closing workflows and actions in Res Ware.
• Maintain accurate file records, statuses, and reporting.
• Partner closely with Recording and Closing teams to resolve issues and clear outstanding items.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience with post‑closing escrow processes.
• Working knowledge of Res Ware (preferred).
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
