As an FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a rapidly growing organization that prioritizes innovation and community. Responsibilities:- Assist with annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and five-year financial projections.
- Support monthly review and analysis of financial results and detailed corporate information.
- Prepare presentations for Board members and investors, communicating complex financial findings clearly.
- Build and enhance financial models based on operational drivers to evaluate historical and projected financial performance.
- Participate in corporate financing activities, including debt, equity, and M&A transactions.
- Improve financial and operational status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
- Develop supporting materials to communicate analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
Skills:
- 5+ years of FP&A or comparable experience within finance or accounting functions.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, including complex financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of principles and practices of finance administration, budgeting, and auditing.
- Detail-oriented with executive maturity, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, complex projects, and deadlines independently.
Skills:
- Experience with health plan or healthcare industry financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Experience in corporate financing, such as debt, equity, or M&A transactions.
- Process improvement and statistical analysis capabilities.
- Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to influence senior management.
