• Assist with annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and five-year financial projections.
• Support monthly review and analysis of financial results and detailed corporate information.
• Prepare presentations for Board members and investors, communicating complex financial findings clearly.
• Build and enhance financial models based on operational drivers to evaluate historical and projected financial performance.
• Participate in corporate financing activities, including debt, equity, and M&A transactions.
• Improve financial and operational status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
• Develop supporting materials to communicate analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.

• 5+ years of FP&A or comparable experience within finance or accounting functions.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, including complex financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of principles and practices of finance administration, budgeting, and auditing.
• Detail-oriented with executive maturity, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, complex projects, and deadlines independently.

• Experience with health plan or healthcare industry financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Experience in corporate financing, such as debt, equity, or M&A transactions.
• Process improvement and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to influence senior management.
