Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple accounts
- Collaborate with sales and cash departments to monitor transactions and detect internal fraud
- Support SOX compliance efforts by maintaining proper documentation and controls
- Work within the Workday ERP system to manage treasury-related tasks efficiently
- Assist with treasury reporting and contribute to process improvements across departments
- Demonstrate strong experience in bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Utilize ERP systems, particularly Workday, for treasury and accounting functions
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
- Identify irregularities in financial transactions and escalate potential fraud concerns
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability in all treasury operations
- 2+ years of experience as a Treasury Accountant in a mid to senior-level role
- Show familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control standards
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Display a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
- Bring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
