Job Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting activities while ensuring compliance with public company standards.
- Manage preparation review and filing of required regulatory reports and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Design improve and oversee close and consolidation processes to support timely monthly quarterly and annual reporting.
- Provide technical accounting leadership by documenting complex matters and ensuring alignment with evolving guidance.
- Support strategic initiatives including public company readiness acquisitions and system implementations.
- Bring extensive experience leading accounting and financial reporting in a publicly traded environment.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards regulatory reporting and internal control frameworks.
- Possess proven experience managing audits regulatory filings and cross functional reporting processes.
- Show leadership in process optimization system implementations and collaboration across departments.
- Operate effectively in fast paced high growth environments while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Lead efforts related to public company transitions acquisitions and integration of acquired entities.
- Oversee coordination with tax advisors valuation specialists and other external service providers.
- Serve as a finance leader for enterprise system implementations including cloud based accounting platforms.
- Communicate confidently with executive leadership board members and external stakeholders.
- Bring professional certification industry experience or technical system expertise considered beneficial.
