Job Responsibilities:
- Review and improve treasury and tax processes, systems, and tools across the organization
- Implement automation in cash management and tax reporting to increase efficiency
- Strengthen cross-functional relationships to identify and maximize tax benefits
- Develop team capabilities and enhance performance within treasury and tax operations
- Collaborate with department leaders to uncover tax breaks and incentives
- Manage daily cash inflows and outflows to optimize liquidity and ensure timely payments
- Maximize interest on deposits and coordinate with banks to move funds efficiently
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting processes while identifying tax incentives for company projects
- Drive automation in treasury operations and integrate systems with ERP platforms like Oracle
- Lead RFPs for banking and credit card services and monitor fees to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Experience in treasury operations and leadership roles
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial automation tools
- Basic understanding of tax practices and compliance strategies
- Show proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Possess experience at the director level within a Big Four firm or similar environment
