Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate loan funding activities by working with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure timely settlements.
- Analyze funding data and review transactions to confirm accuracy and completeness across accounts.
- Reconcile funding activity and account balances while resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation to support daily treasury operations and decision making.
- Support wire processing activities and maintain controls over cash movement and treasury procedures.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in finance accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage or loan lifecycle operations preferred.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Use Excel at an advanced level with ability to perform data analysis and build reports.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multiple departments and external partners.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Maintain strong organization and follow through on tasks with a results driven mindset.
- Adapt to changing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives within treasury functions.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with colleagues vendors and leadership.
- Use various financial systems confidently with willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
