Early Morning & Midday Shifts | Orange Area

Senior Helpers of South Orange County is hiring compassionate part-time caregivers based in Orange who are available for early morning and midday shifts supporting older adult loved ones in their homes.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking rewarding work with dependable daytime hours while maintaining balance with personal responsibilities.

Daytime schedules

Work morning and midday hours that allow you to maintain a consistent daily routine.

Local assignments

Serve older adult loved ones close to home in the Orange community and surrounding areas.

We are actively hiring caregivers available for:

• Early morning shifts starting between 7:00 am and 10:00 am
• Midday shifts starting between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm
• Weekday availability preferred
• Consistent part-time schedules available

Service area includes Orange and nearby South Orange County communities.

• Assist with morning routines and daily activities of living including toileting, showering, and other basic hygiene
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Prepare breakfast or light meals
• Support mobility and safe movement around the home
• Light housekeeping and organization
• Medication reminders
• Document care using our mobile care app, Wellsky.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.
• 5 sick days and holiday pay

• Compassionate and dependable personality
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to assist safely with daily living activities
• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
