# School Speech Pathologist (SLP) – Orange County, CA## School-Based SLP Job in Orange County, CASpeech Improvement Center is hiring a compassionate
** School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
** to serve students in Orange County schools. You’ll help children with communication and language disorders succeed in the classroom, working closely with teachers, families, and school teams.### Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
* Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and IEP meetings to shape each student’s educational plan
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to build therapy goals into the classroom
* Monitor and document student progress regularly
* Keep accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and communication with stakeholders
* Write detailed progress reports for parents, teachers, and administrators### Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
* Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or RPE license
* ASHA certification preferred
